Nate Anderson has a story here about details of the Sprint/Clearwire plan. His piece refers to a petition for “permission to merge the 2.5GHz spectrum assets of Sprint and Clearwire into ‘New Clearwire,’” and I’ve just spent some time looking for that petition.
